Prescott AZ Foreclosure Market News
The Prescott AZ foreclosure market is showing signs of looking up.
While most real estate prices have fallen in the Prescott real estate market, Prescott foreclosure prices have seen a large increase of 15.51 percent. During the first three days of November, Prescott AZ foreclosure prices went up to $285,257 from an October average month price of $246,944.
Other states saw a much smaller foreclosure price increase than Arizona. This foreclosure price increase might be due to good old fashion supply and demand. As the foreclosure rate in Prescott slows, the supply is ultimately smaller, thus the Prescott foreclosure demand is driving the average foreclosure price up.
Obviously this news should motivate any buyers interested in Prescott property as an incentive to buy now before the foreclosure prices increase any more.
