Weather in Prescott AZ is unlike the rest of the state, as it is in higher elevation than Phoenix AZ which is only an hour away.  Thus the seasons in Prescott AZ still do occur, but typically just aren’t as severe as other areas of the country.

Last Wednesday, October the 28th, was an early first snow in Prescott AZ.  Although this was an early winter storm, none of the snow stuck around for long in the high desert climate.

Prescott AZ weather is milder which saves this area from heavy snowfall during the winter and blazing summer temperatures during the summer.  You might say the Prescott AZ climate is just right.

Tim Anderson, a long time Prescott AZ realtor, can attest to the mild weather in Prescott AZ and can recommend some great Prescott AZ real estate as well.  Tim Anderson can be reached at (928) 308-9595 and by email.
