Prescott AZ is cool.  Now you may think I’m referring to the great entertainment and cultural scene in downtown, but I’m actually talking about the climate.

People come to Prescott AZ to escape the heat.

The temperature, as I write this article, in Phoenix, AZ is 88 degrees, while the temperature in Prescott AZ is 75 degrees.  That degree difference can be the tipping point between ‘warm, yet comfortable’, and ‘hot and miserable’.  Phoenix isn’t the only Arizona town that Prescott’s weather beats.

Prescott also has milder weather than Flagstaff (7000 ft) and has cheaper real estate and is cooler than Sedona.

The Prescott AZ climate alone is a great draw to purchase real estate here, but combined with the beautiful scenery and the western culture in this area, Prescott AZ real estate continues to be desirable.

Tim Anderson, a Prescott AZ real estate agent, would love to speak to you about your dream house in Prescott or Prescott Valley AZ.
