Prescott’s real estate market slowdown has caused the developers at Talking Rock Ranch to pursue an untraditional approach to sales – online real estate auctions. One Talking Rock Ranch House and two Ranch Cottages, along with 31 premium Prescott lots will be put up for auction of the Freedom Realty Exchange website.
The geographic accessibility of the Internet will allow buyers from anywhere to participate in the Talking Rock auction. Although the community has fared well during the slow down, reports of a continued cycle motivated developers to look to a more aggressive model for expediting sales.
