Relocating to Prescott?  Interested in a pampered western lifestyle at Talking Rock Ranch?  Now you can "test" out the community by participating in their "stay and play" program.  The exclusive new program gives interested Prescott real estate buyers the chance to experience all of Talking Rock’s fine amenities first hand before deciding to purchase.  Participants will receive a one-night stay in a fully furnished Talking Rock Ranch Cottage.  A basket full of goodies welcomes potential buyers with wine, snacks and vouchers for the community coffee shop.  Refrigerators are stocked with sodas and waters to help beat the heat.  Guests will also get to choose from either a round of golf at the Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course or a massage in the Talking Rock Fitness Center.

A personally guided tour of the community is followed by a complimentary dinner at the community’s high-end restaurant - Morgan’s Bar and Grill.  Guests will also have access to all other community amenities during their stay.  The cost for this package is $450 and is only available through the end of September on a first-come, first-serve basis.  An additional night can be purchased for $200 but will not include meals and entertainment for the day.
