It’s true, house values across the nation have stopped their crazy climb.  In many areas markets are correcting and values have dropped.  This phenomena won’t go on forever though.  First time homebuyers, new investors and boomers are starting to enter the marketplace as buyers which will bring many markets back to health in the near future.  Although Prescott real estate has remained fairly insulated from the national phenomenon and the woes of Phoenix, there are still many deals to be had.  There are always reasons to wait, like has the market hit bottom - let’s just wait and see, but often times this mindset will have you wishing you should have done something while the market passes you by.
