Extended family members will not have to be accompanied by the host member to enjoy the amenities of Talking Rock Ranch.  The new non-resident membership is available for a deposit of $18,000 - due in three annual payments with interest or paid up front for a $3,000 cash incentive.  Invitational members are responsible for monthly dues and a quarterly food and beverage minimum.  Invitational membership will include access to:

• The Clubhouse
• Community Events and Programs
• 12 rounds of Golf at the Jay Morrish-designed Championship Course
