Prescott Green Building Speaker Series
Come learn more about your green building options in Prescott! On June 6th at 7pm, Murphy’s Upstairs Restaurant, Pliny Fisk, Co-Director for Maximum Potential Building Systems, will share his experience. Fisk has excelled in material and methods research such as: low-cost building systems development, and low impact materials usage including low carbon and carbon balanced cements. He was the recipient of the US Green Building Council’s first Sacred Tree award in 2002. This is the oldest non-profit in the US focusing on sustainable design and development. They focus on responsible resource usage in areas such as materials, energy, water, waste and food.
Brought to you by the Ecosa Institute and the Greater Yapvapai Branch of the US Green Building Council, this is the first in an ongoing speaker series focused on Prescott green living.
