Like many places in Prescott, the course at Talking Rock Ranch was inspired by the pristine and beautiful Arizona surroundings.  Every effort was made to preserve the natural landscape and inspiring natural land contours and features.  Designed by Jay Morrish, holes were literally placed where nature permitted.  Five tees provide comfortable zones for golfers of every skill level and almost all greens are clearly visible from the fairway shots.

You’ll find the pro-shop right in the Ranch Compound at Talking Rock.  Here you can enjoy a casual dining experience for breakfast or lunch out on the patio overlooking the 18-acre practice facility.  The Ranch Compound is literally several buildings connected by breezeways where porches, patios and outdoor fireplaces invite congregation.  This is the "high-country" version of a golf clubhouse and the heart and soul of Talking Rock.

Every Talking Rock property owner will become a Ranch member of the private club.  This provides access to all social and dining activities as well as limited golf privileges.  Serious golf enthusiasts have two additional opportunities for enhanced membership.
