Effective Midnight on February 29, 2008, the Prescott Municipal Airport will officially resign fixed base operation duties.  The City Council approved such changes in December of 2007.  Fixed base operations business includes things such as: pumping aircraft fuel, towing aircrafts, washing aircrafts, and assisting pilots or passengers with services related items such as hotels, catering and ground transport.

Legend Aviation will be taking over all of these duties.  Thus, all of the existing full-time airport staff has been reorganized and reassigned work flow.  The Airport staff will now be located in the Administration Building at 6546 Crystal Lane in Prescott.
