The rich history of Prescott, Arizona is best shown to you in the book entitled "Prescott-A Pictorial History by Melissa Ruffner Weiner c1981.  A labor of love is evident from the painstaking research and detail to authentically portray the beginning settlement of Prescott and subsequent growth.  Many photos have been included that help to tell the story of Arizona’s first territorial capital.

Barry Goldwater in a letter of recommendation during his term in the US Senate stated that the book shows "a tremendous amount of research and that in his reading of history has never seen so much put together in one place by one author".
